Individual Coaching Sessions

Flexible, one-to-one phone or Zoom coaching with a certified Hoffman Coach

Hoffman Life Coaches are certified, experienced Hoffman Process teachers. You may work with a Hoffman coach you already know, or someone new.

Coaching sessions are effective if you are taking on a particular area of growth or change, if you have discovered a new layer of patterns, or if you are facing a challenge in your life.

Coaching sessions may include

  • Skillful listening by your coach
  • Use of Process tools to help you identify patterns, vicious cycles, and other dynamics at play in your life
  • Suggestions of work for you to do to resolve situations and continue your growth
Fee: $200 USD per hour
