Refreshers and Other 1-Day Events

At times you just need something to inspire you or help you reconnect with other grads and get back in the light.

Some of these special courses offer Hoffman curriculum, while others are workshops presented to you through our partnerships with Hoffman teachers and Advisory Council members. We believe all courses will assist you in your post-Process growth. We hope you'll join us when you can!

Graduate Refreshers

Graduate Refreshers are a great addition to the other excellent Hoffman graduate programs. Each Refresher is a powerful day-long course that is facilitated by a Hoffman teacher, and focuses on topics of particular interest and benefit to Process grads.

Refreshers offer you an economical way to re-engage with some of your original Process work through the use of the Hoffman tools, empowering your vision, building resilience, accessing your inner wisdom, and much more.
