A structured and personalized program with a certified Hoffman Coach including twelve hours of telephone coaching and the 3-day InnerWork for Leaders Weekend

InnerWork for Leaders is designed to expand and integrate your emotional and spiritual (intuitive and creative) intelligences with your current skills to bring forth greater wholeness and joy within and greater impact in your world. Inner work has been shown by research to be the greatest determining factor for ongoing success and achievement. The InnerWork for Leaders Coaching Program empowers you to actively engage in ongoing transformation, accelerate your growth, and expand the results you gained in the Hoffman Process into all aspects of your life.

The InnerWork for Leaders Coaching Program is comprised of twelve hours of structured telephone coaching sessions, which are individualized to support you in achieving your vision, assigned practices and exercises you commit to experiencing between sessions, and a three-day residential InnerWork for Leaders Weekend. The program supports your continuing commitment to your growth and overall development.

InnerWork for Leaders Coaching Program begins before the first coaching session with written Pre-Work, which assists you in defining where you are now and the goals you want to achieve. Telephone coaching sessions with your Hoffman Coach focus on what you have achieved since your last session, exploration and discovery to assist you in moving forward in your growth, and assignments for you to accomplish prior to the next session, and are usually one-hour in length. Following each phone coaching session, the individualized assignments and practices are to be done by you and results reported by email to your coach prior to the following session.

Hoffman Coaching
Coaching is a powerful creative method to foster change and transformation, to enhance the ability of an individual to grow, to alter limiting behaviors, thoughts, feelings, moods, and attitudes, and to develop new, more successful means of attaining personal and professional goals. Hoffman Coaching is unique in that it utilizes Hoffman information and technologies to implement transformational learning. The focus is on the creation of a personal and professional vision, which encompasses your whole being and all areas of your life.

Tuition: InnerWork for Leaders Coaching Program Tuition is $3850. Your tuition includes the Pre-Work Assignment, which will be emailed to you upon registration, 12 hours of telephone coaching (you call the coach at the scheduled time), written and emailed exercises and practices to be done by you between sessions, and the three-day InnerWork for Leaders Weekend. Tuition is due at registration and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
