Individual Coaching Sessions

Flexible, one-to-one telephone coaching sessions with a certified Hoffman Life Coach

All certified Hoffman Life Coaches are also experienced Hoffman Process Teachers. You may work with a Hoffman Coach you already know from your Process or the Q2 or a Teleclass, or you can work effectively with a Coach you have never met.

In a coaching session, your Coach skillfully listens, uses Process tools to help you identify patterns, vicious cycles, and other dynamics now in your life, and suggests work for you to do to resolve situations and continue your growth.

Our own patterns are often invisible to us, difficult for us to recognize and to grasp. As you experienced in the Process, working with a skilled coach enables you to gain a larger perspective, see beyond your walls, and know that they limit your world.

Hoffman Teachers know the power of coaching. When they run into their own personal pattern nests – and they do– they often call upon each other to do a coaching session.

If you are taking on a particular area of growth or change, if you have discovered a new layer of patterns, or if you are facing a challenge in your life, schedule a coaching session. Use these sessions to continue and extend your growth.

Coaching sessions are conducted at appointed times so you can give your total and uninterrupted attention to whatever areas you want to explore or issues you want to resolve.

Fees: Fees are $150 per hour, and are payable by credit card at the time of the session.
