The Leadership Q2
Authenticity is the essence of great leadership – the "inner side" of leadership. You know how the Process empowered you to be more authentic – and therefore more effective – in leading your life. Do you wonder how much more is possible? Now, more than ever, in this economy and in this world, authenticity is at a premium.
The Leadership Q2 features:
- New content developed for our programs at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership
- Two Leadership coaching calls: one before and one after the Leadership Q2
- Teachers from our Harvard and other Leadership Programs
- Maximum 7 students per teacher
- Single room occupancy (Couples are welcome to take this course and room together)
Our existing 3-day Q2 Graduate Intensive is always an extraordinary program for expanding and stabilizing at even higher levels.
The Leadership Q2 does this plus empowers you to more fully embody your Spiritual Self and to lead your life from that place. It moves you into the core of your personal and relational power and empowers your path in the world. Though some people attend this course to focus on their professional leadership, the course is actually designed to allow you to focus on leadership in any area of your inner life, such as your relationships, family, health, etc.; in other words, on how you show up in the world.
